In 2016, Marshall et al. analyzed the CNV status of 41,321 subjects (21,094 schizophrenia cases and 20,227 healthy controls) and identified 16 independent CNV loci were assocaited with schizophrenia through gene-based association test. We collected this result and identified genes that were affected by these CNVs. More details about this data can be found in the original publicatioin (Marshall CR, Howrigan DP, Merico D. et al. 2016. Contribution of copy number variants to schizophrenia from a genome-wide study of 41,321 subjects. Nature Genetics, 49(1):27-35. PMID: 27869829).
